Birthday Bar

I wasn't really planning on quitting, but thanks for the validation. Why don't we have bars like this in the States? Maybe I'll have to add this on the list of things to do.
I was in a bar yesterday for a birthday party and came across some equally blatant wording. This bar had just relocated from a less desireable area and there were some obvious remnants of its past. The most inappropriate of which was a list of rules posted at the front door. Three stood out: "No Do Rags" -- that makes sense considering (note spelling), "Must Speak English" -- I always thought this was think don't speak, and the last "No Colors" -- I hope that reference was gangs.
Getting in was no problem. Getting out was another story. I had to hop over a slurring cowboy who had earlier served as the DJ. There is nothing quite like a first impression. Not sure if I'll be rivisiting that place.
